Remix Culture
So I have this little theory about culture and art. Basically, art doesn't emerge out of a vacuum, There is always an inspiration or influence that informs a piece of art. Therefore, the art of today builds off the past and provides a foundation for the art of tomorrow. I also whole-heartedly believe that art should be manipulated, remixed and recreated, just as Shakespear re-imagined old Greek plays, and Walt Disney adapted old folk stories, I want to offer my art to join in the chain that connects the cultures of yesterday with the cultures of tomorrow. That being said, I encourage you to download my Acapella verses and play with them. Remix Them. Make something new out of them.
